Right where to start
Problem is if I turn off the computer it wont post until I remove the battery to reset the cmos settings. I've tryed default settings but as soon as its powered off it wont post. Once its powered on it works TOP notch ram stress tests have all passed (4-5 memtest at 4xxmb each).
Im currently using
P5W DH Deluxe Motherboard - Had 2 off these now both with same problem
E6600 - Swapped this out with a celly I bought to flash the bios same results
150 Raptor - Rattles after 3 week lot louder than 3 weeks ago
250 7200.10 - Every rar file currupt on it, still stores data but dernt use it
2Gb Corsair 8500 - I havnt tryed changing because I dont have spare
Nvidia 7300LE - Cheap replacment for x1900xtx that died
WinTv Video card - Tryed removing & switching with older pci version same results
550w PSU - Dont have a 24-pin replacment to try.
Vista/XP Pro - Either have same problems
Could the power supplie by causing these problems? I use surge protectors on everything from mpu to ipod and do daily virus & spyware checks.
I work with computers day in day out (repairs) and it had to be my own that beat me so if anyone could shed some light on the situation would be much appreciated. Thanks
