P5W DH Randomly given up

hi,
my p5w dh has just decided to stop working. i was ocing the gfx card and it rebooted. but then on reboot it does not go past the initial screen with p5w DH written on it. the oc i was trying was not massive and because the card is watercooled the 1.5 v on an x1900 should not have killed it. the cpu has not been changed nor the ram from all the other times i have been using it. i checked for leaks and i cant see anything so has my motherboard gone or maybe my enermax 600 has given up randomly? please help

Have you left CMOS jumper in clear positon for a few minutes,also unplug all power connectors and remove cmos battery for a while,sorry if i'm stating the obvious but you didn't state what you have tried to remedy situation.

Also remove and re-seat the graphics card.
