I'm have a real issue with this combo, it seems that if my mouse is connected before the remote USB receiver then the remote will not work, the software just shows as the receiver being disconnected.
If I pull the mouse out the receiver will begin working again, if I then plug the mouse back in, the receiver will continue to work.
The recover will continue to work until either the system is rebooted or the receiver is unplugged and then plugged back in whilst the USB mouse still being present.
The mouse in question is a logitech MX500.
Anyone heard of this issue or have any bright ideas?
