P5W DH - sound issues

Hi all, does anyone know how to boost the mic volume on this motherboard? On my old Asus SLI deluxe board I had the option in the sound control panel to "boost mic" but the advanced options on this new mobo is greyed out. The problem is that either using my stand alone mic or webcam built in mic now, when I talk it's barely audible to the poeople at the other end in teamspeak and MSN etc.

I get 3 audio input devices now, "primary soundcard capture driver", Realtek HD Audio input" & Philips ToUcam Pro camera". Trying either of these input devices results in the same VERY low audio output at the other end.

NM I found the mic boost tucked away in the realtek audio manager thing. its TINY tho, blink and you'd miss it.
