P67 or H67, whats the difference?

As title, I'm contemplating making a switch to intel this time round and I'm trying to get me head around the new kit. Are the H67 mobos the more budget orientated items or is it purely they don't support the o/b graphics if needed. Could some kind person clear this up for me, thanks:)
I tried searching but why don't these ppl use laymans language:D
 
P67 allows for overcloking and some has features that aren't on the H67 boards. But H67 allows for QuickSync for when you are using the IGP to display the graphics onto the monitor.

Does this mean the H67 has no overclocking options?
