Hi,

1core.jpg

Why is my Core Voltage in CPU-Z shown as only 1.200V, should it not be the same as my VID as show in Core Temp?

In the BIOS I have my CPU VCOre set to 1.410

Thanks

What is your VTT voltage set at?

I recently learned that some gigabyte boards VTT shows up as the vcore in cpuz and hwmonitor for some reason.

Use gigabytes easytune 6 to see your actual vcore.

I was using mine a good while ago and CPU-Z has since been updated. I would also need to check which Bios version I was using with the Motherboard to make a comparison, either way it doesn't really matter as you can cross reference it with the Touch Bios. How come you are running your QPI/VTT Voltage so high BTW?

What should QPI/VTT be running at?

What ever it's set at standard in Bios should be fine! or a little bump up to 1.12v-1.16v depending on how much ram you have installed. Im currently using an Asrock Motherboard which differs a little, to give you an idea I have mine set to 1.103v on a 2600k with 8GB of ram overclocked to 4.6 GHz.
