i have recently purchased this motherboard and if you don't do any overclocking it seems to be ok, but once you reach 400 fsb it starts to act strange, seems to inhibit same characteristics with other boards,

i had it at 3.4 with my 6600 standard volts did try finding a good base for volts but gave up due to weird restarts and tcip blue screens and othe stuff

Try the good old US Website, i would say you can flash the 680i motherboard with any of the EVGA, BFG BIOS as others say it does work but i'd re-confirm that to see if its fine to do so.

Unusual to see MSI without that product on their website, it is the same reference motherboards that EVGA, BFG use probably the same line check nvidia website see if theres a hotfix there, i did notice that there was a hotfix for 680i on the download driver page.

Or you could give MSI a bell and see what they can do about it may send you the bios or simply send it back and get another brand.
