P7P55D-E overclocking settings help

Hey guys,

My friend purchased the above board and a i5 760 with 4gb memory and is having trouble hitting 4ghz.

Have any of you come across a decent guide to achieving this speed or can any of you give me some settings to try on it?

Current settings are as suggested by most guides but cannot get 4ghz
