P8 P67 Pro Memory

It's been a while since I built my PC, can anyone recommend some decent RAM I can use in my Asus P8 P67 Pro, at least 8GB.

I don't mind if the performance is capped by the motherboard limitations, it would be good to use the same RAM after I upgrade the whole PC in the future - as long as it's compatible and using my current board as best it can.

What's your current spec? The Sandybridge chips are still pretty good. What speed RAM do you need?

The TeamGroup Vulcan stuff seems to be pretty decent in my experience.

Hi Borealis, I'm running an I7 Sandybridge. So these would work in the P6P67 pro? I guess it would downgrade to 1600Mhz but would this be good enough o continue to use after a system upgrade in the future?
