P8P67-m pro bios update reading failed

Good evening all

I have just updated my board using the EZ flash utility and received the message to say update successful. Upon restarting my pc it goes back to the EZ flash utility screen with a message saying reading failed when I move my mouse.

The bios number on the same screen is showing as 3701 which is the latest version so does anyone know how I can settle things down? I would try and flash it again but I can't see my flash drive on the EZ flash screen

I thinks it's sorted now.

When it rebooted after updating I think it turned my USB 3 ports off or at least it couldn't see my USB stick. I moved it to a USB 2 port and re-flashed and it seems to have worked.

I had this trouble a few weeks back. Turned out I had the wrong file. Asus website was crap.

I don't like the scroll down section for choosing your version of windows. A bit too easy to accidently scroll and change it.

all sorted now so hope this helps someone
