Hmm, both have 4 VRM CPU power phases.

The Gigabyte board does SLI/Crossfire at 8X/8X.
The ASUS does Crossfire at 16X/4X.

The Gigabyte has SSD caching, Lucid Virtu+Quicksync because its a Z68 chipset.

Does this help?

Well I don't and won't run Crossfire. While I do have an SSD I think I would rather keep it separate from from the hard drive (predominantly have media on the hard drive so caching would be useless really.

Not really sure what there is to gain from the Virtu and Quicksync.

I'm guessing in terms of OC'ing they're potentially the same?
