P9x79 Reverse OC

Can anyone help, been reading on the Net but not really seeing anything. Would like to reverse the Over-clocking i did on my i7.

What do you mean? Do you mean you want to return the clock speeds to normal (so 3.4Ghz/3.8ghz Turbo) or do you want to underclock (run the chip slower than usual)?

Just reset the bios to remove the overclock. Or enter bios, press F5 to load defaults. Press F10 to save and reboot. Done!!!!
