PA120se - Any decent quieter replacements?

I currently have a PA120SE cooling a 9600x, it's quite loud though (even with a max 50% fan curve) and one of the fans already has a bearing issue. I know I could easily replace the individual fan but at this point I want to look for a slightly better quality cooler. What options do I have? I don't necessarily care about having a twin fan as long as it can handle temps without issue

TBH, it still trades blows with the more expensive alternatives.

There is an even better Thermalright that you could buy - I forget the model, as there's so many products.

Otherwise you're just paying £80-130 for other brands that achieve the same thing, with at best 3-4C difference, which doesn't matter, as all of them, including the Thermalright don't thermal throttle, and make the same amount of noise.

Remove the fan that is failing and just use the one remaining fan in the middle of the cooler.

You may find this is quieter and cooling performance reduced very little.
