Pacific Fighters?

Is pacific fighters an arcadey flight game, or a hardcore flight sim, is it playable with a joypad?

I got the game with my new card, ive got an xbox 360 controller, if it was too hardcore though, i doubt id be able to get into it.

Thanks for the help though, ill install it and see how it plays, ive always been keen on the idea of flight sims without ever really getting into one when ive bought any in the past
