Normally all would be within the 15 - 16ms range. My ISP is ADSL 24 and they have performed a line test and all according to them is fine. I've replaced the filter just in case my line connection stats are like so:-

ADSL Link Downstream Upstream
Connection Speed 8128 kbps 448 kbps
Line Attenuation 15 db 3.5 db
Noise Margin 17 db 23 db

I can only get the "normal" ADSL connection so 8mb is my limit but I've never had this sort of problem with my current ISP, could it be a fauly router? I do have a old Netgear DG834 (Old Faithfull I call him)

My ISP asked me to leave it till the morning and if it's still a problem then report back and they will report it to the network guys

Any help :)
