It can never be classed as a true console unless Pacman has been ported onto it.

Anyone know if it will be in the classic 2D form still?

i would think so as its a XBLA title, so they'll keep it true to the original.

Not touched Geometry wars since january (ish) having bought it last year, it was good for a few 15 minute sessions every now and then, Pacman gets old pretty fast, good for achievements i guess, more specific and encourages you to keep plugging away at it (till you get sick of it)

I think XBLA is one of microsofts most brilliant inventions - they have really brought something awesome to the console (with of course further ways to make money) - but still... it does rock when you want a quick little game of something with awesome gameplay (Gwars, SF, Bankshot, Pacman, Gauntlet, etc, etc) - brilliant!

Yeah but I'd like some stuff that actually is a little closer to what we play today. Stuff like street fighter. Not Galaga. You can find any number of clones of those for free, like warblade on the pc.

Metal slug or even Teenage mutant turtles, outrun those are the kinda generation arcade games I was, not pac man.
