An orange padlock has appeared on my desktop folder in my User folder. I don't remember it being there before, what does it mean and how can I get rid of it ? I am the only user of the PC so I dont need it to be locked or restricted. Can anyone help me get rid of it please ? Thanks in advance.

I find it also shows up in Windows 7 depending on your share settings, for example if you right-click the folder, hover over the "Sharing" option, and you'll see that "Share with... NOBODY" has the same padlock.
