Page file option for server with 16GB RAM

We have a sever that is virtualising four other machines which in total reserve 14GB of RAM. The server has 16GB in total leaving only 2GB free for Server 2008 Core.
What is my best option for setting the page file in this instance? Its currently set to the default.

No, no issues at present. I would just like the machine to run at its best. I thought that after seeing lots of articles describing how to set the page file on Server Core I assumed that it was preferable to change it, or that large numbers of users would want to change it and would be interested in the reason why.

For performance sake set the minimum and maximum size to be 4096 so that it doesnt defragment, if you can split this between drives even better 2048 on each drive etc.
