Hi'a

Do you know what that means?

Paged fault in uinpaged area? my pc crashed to bluescreen with that message last night ....A littel concerned as it's never happened before///

I have Vista64 running....

The only real changes i've made recently was download a ton of updates for vista.....service pack 1 i think...

Install Assasins Creed which is what i was playing when it happened and also install and use Xprepair Pro4 - which i supposed to be vista 64 compatable.......

any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

cheers!

It has been warm over the last few days, hence you might get more instability than usual.

Going on previous experience it means that you spilled lemonade on your boyfriend's laptop (sample size 1 - mate of mine).

If the error only happened once, then don't worry too much. If it starts happening constantly, then there is a problem.
You may want to check BIOS settings in case they got screwed somehow, and the RAM got overvolted/clocked.

i have same error (with lots of others)

memtest passes on all combinations of ram. could it be mobo not working properly making it appear as the ram is faulty?

Check overclocks are stable etc and then reinstall the OS (is is happening with certain apps? Have you done all avaliably OS updates?). If it's still occuring frequently then my next guess would be faulty mobo.

virus possibly ? I had an exact same error scanned with antivir personal edition classic and it found a virus not had a problem since.

It's usually nvidia driver related.

every time I used to get it was until I changed nvidia drivers.
