What is it?
Mobile email is a simple way to stay in touch with your email. Whenever you receive an email, you are sent a text. To reply, you simply send a text to 191.
Your email address is your mobile number followed by @t-mobile.uk.net for example,
[email protected] or you can add another alias, for example
[email protected].
Send an email as a text message
Send the text email address# followed by the text of your message, for example
[email protected]#hi John how ru doin? to 191
If you want to include a subject for your email, send the message email address##subject# followed by the text of your message, for example
[email protected] ##tonight#hi John, what time shall we kick off? to 191
Reply to emails
In the same way as you would reply to a text, using reply from the options menu on your phone.
Receive emails
You can receive emails as text messages by configuring your profile online, or you can have your emails sent to any email account, for easy access at work or at home. Log in to My T-Mobile. All mobile email text messages should be sent to 191
You pay for each email text message sent from or received by your mobile at the standard rate for your price plan. For example, if you receive an email over three texts, you'll be charged for receiving each text. We don't charge for access to the T-Mobile website
