I'm using remote desktop from work to my home pc and installed the updated version and loaded it when installed. Startup time is now near instant! was taking up to 5 secs before, and this is using remote desktop!

Now my default "quick" image editor of choice. Since installing office 2007 I lose ms photo editor which I was using to cquickly load and resize then resave an image and have been using Paint.NET as an alternative but didn't like how it took a few seconds to load instead of the near instant load of ms photo editor but now that's no longer an issue :)

I ran the update check earlier and found 2.64 out. I downloaded it straightaway; like you Paint.Net is my program of choice for images nowadays. I used to use the GIMP but that was a bit awkward for me.

Just ran it now to test the immediate load up-ness, it didn't load up instantly but is a bit quicker than 2.63 I think.
