Paint defect ?

Before I kick up a fuss - I wanted to check with some other people whether they agree this is a paint defect? The coating seems to be coming off on the rear and even inside the boot.

2024 eletre R in black. Only ever been washed by lotus and myself (with the lotus provided cleaning kit)

thanks for the advice. For further reference I picked the car up in July 2024 and it’s only just started showing this week.

Can’t imagine that factory paint would exhibit issues like this so the only thing I can think of at the moment is a poor quality smart repair.

Thanks for the thoughts. It’s had a smart repair, but on the front left not boot. So light have been the dealer before sale, which if so, it might be a pain to back to the initial dealer.
