My refurb is finally getting to the stage where I can do decorating.... FINALLY!
However in the kitchen this is the one area where we have not had re-plastered, the previously over was a TOTAL bodger! so the plaster is not smooth.
After a lot of work and sanding this is now smooth again, however the old paint which he had a SINGLE coat of on there and no prima/undercoat is now quite patchy after the sanding. I have scraped as much as I can off and every bit that is flaking I have wire brushed.
How should I now go about painting over this? any recommendation on a Prima or a Undercoat?
