Painting UPVC windows!

Anyone tried it? Ours are old white PVC windows and know you can get paint for them..just wondered if anyone has done it and recommends it?

I did ours, it wasn’t bad and certainly made them better than they were. But I did end up replacing them eventually anyway

I've read Zinsser 1-2-3 primer and Zinsser All coat is the way to go?

Was thinking of replacing but with 7 windows 2 doors and french doors it's not going to be cheap.

I’ve used both paint that I brushed on and spray paint that came in 500ml cans.

The spray paint was a much better finish but was slightly more expensive. The key was cleaning very well and a very quick/light sand. I’ll try and dig out some photos

That would be great. Spray will always be a better finish but couldn't be doing with the prep.
Are most of these paints Matt finish?
