Pal 60hz Capture Card

wasnt sure if i sshould have posted this in graphics cards or not ? but hwere we go

friend of mine needs to capture footage from his xbox when it is set to PAL 60, he says playing at PAL 50 is not an option as it effects his game play ?

PCI or USB/USB2, anything that will be able to capture PAL60Hz onto a PC ( cheap as possible !! )

ill get some more information but according to a xbox forum they can capture in PAL60
