Palit 5090 fan noise

I have a palit 5090, on the box yet. im waiting for my 1000w corsair psu to mount it
Im a little concern about the fan noise of the card, ive read some complains about this issue
Does anybody here that owns this Card?

not for me, my main noise in my case comes when the CPU fans ramp up..not so much the GPU.

its a good card, a little "out there" but I Like it.

Don't think so, though it's hard to tell. Stick the mic right next to the thing and it'll sound a lot louder than in normal use, when it's a few feet away from you.

I had one, as long as performance is set to normal on pc fans should idle below 50 or 55 degrees

I was a bit sensitive to the fans ramping up (and admittedly the premium gpu's have better fan harmonics)

beyond that temps were solid!

Nope, would have kept it, just had the idea of doing a water cooling set up which never materialised (bought Aorus Master Waterblock) then lost some money on it

Then went back to air, had put a couple of offers on gamerocks but none accepted

Now with an Aorus Master (Which I got at an amazing price)

I'd happily have kept the Palit than pay the premiums the top tier cards demand, now I've experienced a few of them.

But if you can get top tier GPU for £100-200 more worth paying the premium (not for 500+)

i finally install the card,
fans are ok, but i have terrible coil whine on high demading games, like ff rebirth or re2 remake, ultra but capped at 120fps..My psu its corsair atx 3.1 1000 rmx shift.
Do.you have this problem? or its my unit?

If you have bad coil whine at 4K 120hz, yeah I'd try and return it (make sure it's not power supply or motherboard also) cos mine is always from my power supply.

Corsair AX1600i I should change it to an atx 3.1 PSU when I can.

Hammer * the card for a bit in demanding games/benchmarks and see if it calms down. This works sometimes.

well, i returned the Psu and now im gonna buy one of 1300w..

I'd go for the Superflower.
