Looking at GPU-Z it says default clocks are GPU 570MHz and Memory 2002mhz can anyone tell me how this works because it should be 1506mhz and boost is 1708mhz or am I reading it wrong.. ??

It clocks down when not needed to save power and keep the fan speed low/noise down.

Yup, the card will downclock when not under a load so that it saves power and is quieter/cooler.

Cheers guys, downloaded the Thunder master oc suite and clocks seem ok.
