It would probably run, but you would be right on the limit, so I wouldn't recommend it. You can pretty much ignore the 500 W recommendation, they are well over estimating power usage, probably just to cover themselves.

FSP make reasonable PSUs, but that one is a budget reasonable PSU so not really a good match for a high end card.

YOUR BASKET
1 x SuperFlower Golden Green HX 450W "80 Plus Gold" Power Supply - Black £47.99
1 x EVGA 500W 80 Plus Bronze Power Supply (100-B1-0500-KR) £41.99

If your on a budget one of these is the cheapest OC do that I would recommend.

What spec PC do you have?

I ran an GALAX GeForce GTX 970 EX OC @ 1405 Mhz + i5-4440 and the maximum draw from the wall was 325 W. PSU was the EVGA 500W.

Hi Guys thanks for your replay,

It's:

AMD FX 8120
500 HDD
8G DDR3 1600MHz
MOBO Asus M5A78L-M
Wireless adapter
DVD RW

I put these details to eXtreme Power Supply Calculator Pro and calculation was: Minimum PSU Wattage: 321 W, Recommended Wattage 371 W.
If you are saying max power draw for all your system is 325W it looks like mine should be similar ?
What could possibly happen if there is not enough power would graphic card or psu got broken?
Another option I am considering is to wait for gtx 960 ( still have 4 months to Witcher 3 release :) )
Main reason why I don't want to change psu is that I wouldn't know how to re-connect all cables...

Many thanks
