Palit RMA experience?

Has anybody here made an RMA with Palit.

I've emailed in regards to an RMA and yet to hear back from them.

So can i ask if anyone has had any actual experience with an RMA procedure with Palit and how long the turn around took?....

Positive or Negative experiences, i don't really mind, i just want some information on how good they are at dealing with consumers.

I think Palit RMAs are done via the vendor, so basically you need to contact the company you bought it from.

That would be Overclockers then, OcUK branded 7900GS (Palit). Not overclocked.

Going to test the card in another PC, though i'm sure its faulty as i've already replaced it with something else, but it can't hurt to cover all the bases.

Friend has had the card over a week now, keeps saying he'll test it but he's still yet to do it...

Anyone here live in Woking?..... i really want to verify my card issues in another system before i go RMA'ing to HK.
