Panasnic DMR-E85H brand new for £150 - good deal?

Got the opportunity to buy one of the above for £150. Brand new, in box with 12 month warranty. Worth it?

Got one.

There was another - but I can't say where from as it breaks the rules.
Also got a iriver H10 20gb for £90 and a HP Colour Laserjet 2550n for £80 - both new.

I had a damn good day's shopping.
