Possibly a little above £100 now as all sorts of new models have been announced in the past week or two.
I did see one go recently for £150 on a popular auction site so try your luck! I got more than I expected for a much older 3mp camera I sold last year!

managed to sell my fz20 for about 300 last nov/dec
had some kit with it too though
was very lucky as they were 150 ish new a week or two later on one site, limited time only
I have some nice lenses for my 350D now though so don't regret it in the slightest
just miss the IS is all
