Thinking about purchasing the Panasonic G7 with either the 14-140mm or the 14-42 and 45-150mm.

Will be used for stills and video, but I have seen videos and reports of "jitter" when recording video..

some of the posts are well over 12 months old, so have Panasonic fixed the issue? why have no reviews of the Panasonic G camera's and lenses mentioned this jitter problem?

cheers

with the 14-140mm no i do not think they have which is a shame as it is one of best if not the best all purpose lens around (superzooms).
The other lenses i am not sure about ,they did fix the jitter in the x lenses though 12-35mm and 35-100mm
the jitter is not always apparent and if you are hand holding will be hard to spot anyway

maybe so but it's putting me off the G7, may get the Olympus OM-D E-M10 II..
although the G7 is £340 with the 14-42mm kit lens, the M10 II is around £550/600

i thought it was more a lens problem than a body problem, my 35-100 had an uprade to sort jitter out which tbh i never noticed beforehand, more down to memory card write speeds and video settings in camera etc if you ask me.
