Panasonic Lemix G7 Record Button Unresponsive

Evening all,

First post to the forum

I was wondering if anybody could help me - my Panasonic Lumix G7, which, since I bought it, has been filming video nice and fine, has decided to play up. The recording button is now unresponsive, so pressing it means I can no longer record video. It hasn't had any knocks or other damage. I am just wondering if anyone knows the problem and how to rectify this?

Try to restore to factory setting, if that fails to work I'd suggest looking on other forums to see if this is a common issue.

If the camera is still under warranty, contact Panasonic.
