Panasonic Plasma - Line vertical line apeared on screen

Hi Guys,

We've had our Panasonic 42" Plasma for just over a year now, and a thin dark vertical line has apeared down the screen slightly left of centre. It is a yellow/green/blue colour on white backgrounds, going an orange colour when on blue backgrounds, and a black colour on red backgrounds.

Any idea what the damage would be, and what would be involved in fixing it?

I would phone Panasonic Customer Service as I have had good past experience dealing with them and if it's only just over a year old they may help out still.

I had a similar thing, thick black green band down exactly half the screen, i ended up getting a replacement (worked out well, got a pz85 instead of a pz70 )
