anyone having issues with accessing netflix / amazon via their panasonic tv ?
my 3 panasonics wont connect but my LG tv does.
im on virgin media and can access these services via my web browser perfect

i have 1 LG tv and that works perfect.

reset superhub 3 and factory reset the tv's

still no joy

Change the advanced network settings of your Panny to use 8.8.8.8 as DNS. That should rule out a Panny DNS issue which it feels like this is.

Having said that, mine has been fine all week

The default dns reads: 194.168.4.100

Should I replace each denominatio with an 8 ?

So it it would be 8.8.8.8 exactly as you typed it ?

Sorry to sound stupid I just don't want to block access
and never have internet on TV lol.

I use OpenDNS and still had issues.

Had some problems accessing Netflix and YouTube last night but it started working after I launched the web browser. I still can't access the app store however.

Yeah exactly that.

I'm not sure what the issue is not mine has been flawless

I'm getting problems again today. Internet connection fine, Netflix fine on my PC, on my Panasonic TV I can't login, reset password, works on PC, not TV, turn TV off and on, no joy, restart router, no joy.

All other apps work on TV, BBC iPlayer etc.

Flipping annoying.

Currently sat here with a Panny watching Netflix with no issues.

Have been having issues on and off for the last 2 weeks, didn't realise it was a Panasonic web service / cloud issue so tried factory reset a couple of times, router resets etc.
Worked the next day but since then Youtube still not working (Panasonic cx802b using Firefox OS ), i still get "app will be available soon" , rest i use are working Netflix /Amazon / Iplayer / Ch4 etc.

When it wasn't working seemed to be intermittent in the evenings. Am going to raise something with support shortly.

Theres a few older threads on Avforums, but nothing recent ish.

*** edit, got YouTube working, created an account on Panasonic cloud services via the option in the menu / network / my home cloud settings. Odd as never had to do that in nearly 3 years owning the telly.

Also started using the TVs youtube as 4k... Vs Sky Qs youtube and netflix which doesnt 4k.
