Panasonic TX50AX802B - Surround sound issue

I have the above TV with a Optical lead into the TV audio to my Amp for surround sound (TV supports arc).

I have a delay with the sound coming after the image, any ideas how to sort this? (Yes I have TV volume off and just amp volume up)

The amp should have a option to adjust the delay in MS to compensate for it.

Cheers. I will have a play when I get in, need to reduce the delay on Audio
