Panasonic TZ25 + Sand :(

Hey guys,

me and my gf were on holiday last week and the camera on the beach, and now there is sand in the camera. When I turn the camera the LCD screen shows spots everywhere then the camera just displays "Please turn your camera on and off again". Also the zoom lens does not close fully when camera is turned off.

Will I need to send this to panasonic to get repaired?

Or maybe a good air blaster!

Like an Aerosol based thing, not sure if this would actually work, but you might be able to blow some sand loose... or just blow it in further I guess
