"Pancake Tuesday" - How do you make yours?

hmmm interesting - hard to beat good ol' savoury and sweet toppings though

Bacon and maple syrup goes down a treat then usually nutella for afters. But then again anything I can find goes in them
 
American ones usually are more airy/lighter/fluffier. They separate the whites from the eggs and whisk them separatly. I will go grab the recipe
