"Pancake Tuesday" - How do you make yours?

Just curious to see what methods people use to make theirs and if they make a meal out of it or not and what toppings?

hmmm interesting - hard to beat good ol' savoury and sweet toppings though

Bacon and maple syrup goes down a treat then usually nutella for afters. But then again anything I can find goes in them

You guys separate your egg whites to make the pancakes light and fluffly?

Oh and it's Shrove Tuesday - not "pancake day"

I know that but as a kid we always called it pancake Tuesday

American ones usually are more airy/lighter/fluffier. They separate the whites from the eggs and whisk them separatly. I will go grab the recipe
