Panel Lottery

Long story short I've been loosing the panel lottery recently. 3 for 3 on monitors with dead/dim pixels, 2 of which where the new ROG Swift, and out of pocket because of it.

What non TN, G-sync monitors are out there on the market that I'm least likely to be playing the panel lottery with right now?

^^ Depends on the manufacture as in the fine print they class a certain number of on/dim/off pixels on every panel as normal.

I've bought a UHD panel direct from a South Korean supplier and by default they allow up ~8 DEAD pixels on a 8M pixel panel! Luckily mine had none despite the panels being B grade and hence very cheap. You could pay extra so they'd open the box before shipping and check.

The particular suppliers I used expected me to pay to return the monitors and did not refund me for either the return P&P or the initial P&P when buying the monitors.

I'd find a different supplier

Any recommendations for a supplier who'd do that?

Most Wasabi Mango supplier's would probably check before shipping.
