Panggang Chicken

Had this Friday night at a local pub, not usually my thing but this jumped out at me from the Menu and it was delicious. Not something I've heard of before, and I can't seem to find a conclusive match while googling.. So does anyone have any recipes for this?

PANGGANG CHICKEN
Lemon & Basil Pesto, Tagliatelle

Obviously the pasta is simple enough, but what on earth is the Panggang sauce? Didn't taste of Coconut either!

Hmm, am questioning myself now as I also saw that recipe. My initial reaction was that what I had didn't look a thing like that (whatever the chicken was cooked in was darker and red, not green), but when I look at the ingredients it could quite easily match. The taste was sweet rather than spicy. Will have to give it a go methinks!
