Panic - GPU delivery issues - phone lines down, is there anyway to contact overclockers?

Hi, not sure where to post this but I've ordered a GPU from Overclockers.
Their website has the wrong DPD collection points so the DPD collection point the site suggested is not a DPD collection point.
Luckily the parcel was refused.
I phoned DPD and they advised the error is from the site on overclockers.
I've managed to postpone the parcel so I can get overlockers to amend the delivery address & date. However, their phone lines are down. Is there any quick means of contacting them as it's fairly time sensitive?

I'm shocked that the DPD pickup/colleciton points are not up to date on the website. For such a high value item, I'm quite stressed!

Just ring them in the morning. CS has probably gone home by now, worst case it will end up back at OCUK to re ship. You wont be liable for anything.

Thanks. My concern is if someone at Costcutters had accepted the parcel, it'd get extremely complex.
I've ordered an RTX 2080 from overclockers before which got delivered to the wrong address (I'd put in the right one) and it took AGES to get sorted. It dragged on for weeks with my money in limbo.

Send a webnote or create a ticket in the customer service forum.

Thanks. I've done both. Hopefully I get a swift resolution. Can other members see the the posts? I wasn't sure whether to put my postcode.

They should be able to find everything from your order number.
