Anybody ever bought from them?

It appears for what I would pay for a second hand camera from MPB with a six month warranty, you could get brand new with a three year warranty from them. Vat and import costs are also paid/included in the retail price.

They are grey really, I have bought from them but never had to claim on the warranty.

I like MPB but don't like the idea of spending thousands for a six month warranty. Relatively speaking MPB are expensive with regards to popular second hand items. I believe Wex offer 12 months on everything sold.

You can still get things fixed officially without warranty, it will just cost you. Think of it having that money saved for repairs instead. That’s how I think of grey items.

Well it's local warranty for Panomoz. I didn't pay attention to the name but I actually found they were using repairers based in Stoke-on-Trent. Could have been Lehmann.

I have bought new bodies from them and have had found them to be reliable and expedient, can't comment on their warranty service though as I have never had to use it.

Don't believe the whole VAT thing though, they are a grey market seller evading VAT and undervaluing items on the customs label. Saying that, it makes me feel a bit morally better knowing I haven't funded the corrupt Conservative and Labour MP's salaries by using it.

I've used them several times. Never had a problem with the delivery (can't comment on warranty as I've never had to use it). Prices have been hugely cheaper and in the past they have even knocked a bit extra off because I had missed a deal.

No complaints and I'm planning on using them again very soon for the RF24-70 without any worry.

I used panomoz a while back, customs said the camera would be destroyed as a fake! Anywho informed them it's just a grey import but disagreed, explained this to panomoz and they gave me a full refund with a little extra , 2 weeks later the camera arrived that customs had ' destroyed as a fake'
I've also used another e site that also was brilliant and saved over 500 quid!

I'd recommend them.
