Panoramics - what software ?

I have taken a few shots for panoramic stitching and wonder what software to use. Mac based - i have tried a few but could do with one with some exposure compensation on a per shot basis - Panasonic point and shoot used on hols with no exposure lock)

Here is an example - the stich is good but i need a bit of exposure compnesation on a few of the used images.

I am happy to buy it but would like some recommendations first !
 
Photoshop CS3 has (will) an outstanding new function that auto-merges and auto-blends for panno pics...

Its superb....photoshop cs3 is in BETA at the moment but you can download a copy from labs.adobe.com

I have the CS3 beta - where is this feature please ?
 
File>automate>photomerge
This was in CS2 and didn't work as well as other software if it is the same thing that he is talking about.
