Pantheon is an American adult animated science fiction drama television series. I watched it a good few months ago and thought it was really good. Luckily Season 2 came out just as I finished Season 1. I did that think season 1 was better than 2 which seemed a little rushed.

Has anyone watched it?
 
Not of heard of this before and description on imdb sounds interesting. Generally adverse to cartoons but after Arcane, I've decided to broaden my horizons so will cue this up for tomorrows afternoon lounge times.
 
Trailer has piqued my interest, weird I never heard of it before and it's a couple of years old.
I'm gonna check out a couple of episodes and see if it's for me.

Watched this yesterday what a bizarre release schedule this had, 2022 on AMC+ then disappeared from all places until Netflix got it.

Thoroughly enjoyed the story with this, can see why they went with animation rather than trying to do with real people and CGI.

Apparently there are 16 episodes in total and Netflix currently only has s1 (8 episodes)
 
Finished season 1 over last 3 days. Really good. 8/10. Throughout I was imagining the story was good enough to be a live action series.

Starting season 2 tonight. Without spoilers, can anyone say if the story ends at season 2 or if they plan to do a season 3?

I can see it being a live action but don't know about season 2, especially the ending. And yes finishes on season 2.

Having finished it now, I see what you mean, especially the final 2 episodes!

On the whole I liked S2 slightly less than S1, but still very good. The final episode went a bit too far with the sci-fi and was hard to follow, which was a shame as they made complicated concepts easy to understand everywhere else in the show.

Anyway a 8/10 from me, but could easily have been a 9/10 if not for the ending.

Yep fully agree. I still can't comprehend what happened in the end lol.
 
Got strong Watchmen vibes from s2 to the point it started going the way I was expecting it too within 2 episodes, then it went into Dragon ball Z territory.

Bit of a let down from s1 for me but it's overall a decent watch, do imagine that people will watch s1 and not know about s2 as it's not on Netflix, you'd think they'd try to put both seasons up after getting the rights for the show.

Never seen it tbh, I recall watching the Zack Snyder watchmen film and not enjoying that.
