I recently started a new role with some historic processes relying on physical hard-copies & folders semi regularly.
We've agreed this needs to move to a paperless system for all the benefits that you're already aware of.
Ultimately these physical files only consist of printed e-mails, word documents and PDF's. They just need simple indexing, the ability to be searched and occasionally shared.
The only software that I'm familiar with for doing this is Adobe. Are there others we should be considering?
