Parallels and msn messenger

Is there a way to get Windows Live Messenger to not minimise to the systray all the time, e.g. on exit. I'd LOVE to get the program to live in the dock or os x systray as I don't have the windows taskbar on.

Can you not set parallels to display all open windows apps in the OS X dock? Not at home at the moment so can't check

It does - but when you 'close' MSN it just minimizes to the systray and thus disappears off the dock.
