Parallels confusion

Why is Parallels 8 upgrade £34.99 from the Parallels store yet the full version is only £29.99 in the App Store? The full version is £64.99 on the Parallels store. :confused:

I have Parallels 6, but I want to upgrade to 8, and I want to install it on both my rMBP and my girlfriends MBP13.

Answered my own question, he App Store one is the education edition.

Get a full copy for less than the upgrade price plus a few other apps here:

Parallels is 1 license per computer, so you need 2 licenses if you wan't it on both machines. VMWare Fusion can be installed on multiple mac's though.

Thanks, I will probably stick with Virtuabox on my machine and put Parallels on hers (it seems a little more user friendly I think?).
