I've just bought an upgrade to Parallels Desktop 3.0 but can't get it to activate. Asks for the new key then the old key to verify, at which point it tells me it's invalid. 
I've not used Parallels Desktop 2.x on this Leopard install and the most recent version I've got stashed on backup is 3170, which installs then crashes the Mac when I run it, I guess because it's a 10.4 build.
Any ideas?
