No reason it shouldn't work... Decent choice for a 2 to 4gb upgrade...

it actually a 4 gig replacement of my existing Crucial ram, im getting fed up of 5 RMAs in 2 months

I've just replaced 4 gig of this on an IP-35pro mate and it never gave me any issues.
One thing to bare in mind your need to up the memory volts from 1.8 to 2.1 do this with just one stick in save the bios stick the rest of the ram in and the pc will boot, without volts increase Mine refused to even go to the bios..

Your also need to up the NB volts its listed as MCH or something like that in the bios, someone else will correct me if im wrong.
