You've clearly missed out some steps at the bottom with a bit of selective editing. The bottom selection would indicate that it was out for delivery and was then Returned to the depot. For some reason it was due to be returned to the sender and that's when things went awry. I'm not excusing them but you also changed the address for the delivery too. They're only human.

What was the problem?

I have an address that doesn't work on sat-nav. I have had huge problems with generic delivery companies in the past but have never had problems with RM (I guess they really do know where I live!)

DPD is pretty damn good too! But I will usually specifically request RM delivery if I can (Not least because if I am not in they will deliver to the PO over the road from me rather than a "Convenient" depot 30 miles away that is only open during working hours! (And yes, I have had that before! ))

Sometimes **** just does happen! :(

They handle millions of parcels a day, Some are inevitably going to fall through the grating!

The chances of winning the lottery are comparable to the chances of an innocent person being convicted as a result of faulty DNA evidence.

And yet, typically, somebody wins every week!

You never know, this week it could be you! :p
